Our production process, powered by clever injection molding, uses up to 80% less energy than traditional methods — making each cone a celebration of smart design and sustainability. Our ingredients begin with wafer granulates — clean, natural, and chemical-free — chosen not only for their rich flavor but for their light touch on the planet. RAW MATERIAL
The process begins with the careful selection of high-quality raw materials, such as sustainably sourced grains. These ingredients are thoroughly checked for quality and stored under optimal conditions to preserve their freshness.
PATENTED GRANULES
Next, the raw materials are transformed into Wafflerie’s patented granules using a unique recipe. This granulate is specially developed to deliver the perfect crunch and is designed for optimal performance in the moulding process.
THE INJECTION MOULDING MASHINE
The granules are then fed into the injection moulding machine, where they are gently melted and injected into custom waffle moulds. This innovative process consumes significantly less energy than traditional baking methods, while ensuring uniform shape and a consistent, crunchy texture.
CRUNCHY WAFFLE
Finally, the finished crunchy waffles are transferred onto a conveyor belt for final quality control. After passing inspection, they are packaged with care using sustainable materials, ready to be enjoyed by customers and shared with the world.
